The final terms for each project are confirmed in writing in your quote.
Quotes and payments
Prices, deposits, balances and payment methods are confirmed before work begins. A quote may change when quantity, product, design or deadline changes.
Design approval
The customer must review names, dates, colors, sizes and content. Production begins after the corresponding approval.
Changes and cancellations
Changes requested after design approval may add cost or delay. Cancellations after materials are purchased or production begins may not be refundable.
Custom products
Because they are made to order, custom products are generally final sale. If there is a production defect, contact us with photos so we can review it.
Timing and delivery
Timelines are estimates and depend on materials, quantity and season. Delivery or pickup is arranged when the order is confirmed.
